Fee Schedule
These fees reflect that Balch typically serves those needing high-level parliamentary assistance. However, he is prepared to negotiate discounted services for non-profit, religious and student groups, and is willing to consider negotiated flat fees, in place of hourly fees, for individual projects such as bylaws consultation or preparation of a professional parliamentary opinion.

* Fee includes reasonable consultation and preparation prior to meeting to be served, including script preparation, telephone/Internet communication, motion drafting and the like. (If an in-person pre-meeting consultation is desired, additional fees for the pre-meeting consultation and for substantial travel time will be charged at the standard hourly rates given in the last three rows in the table).
Reimbursement of reasonable expenses is also expected.
